Job Description

Hands of hope is a physical practice with currently 6 locations in NY, and growing. We are looking for compassionate , cooperative and creative marketing associate to join our team! Hands of hope physical therapy is honored to provide wide variety of services to the community and has a potential of interpersonal and organizational Growth! We have an administrative office located in Maadi, Cairo that runs a portion of our operation overseas.

Our team is growing and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us in finding the right candidates for the job, for our clinics in the US and in our Cairo office.

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments. 
  • Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other staff members. 
  • Source potential candidates through online channels 
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls and in-person interviews 
  • Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs 
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline. 
  • Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates 
  • Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes 
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience 
  • Collects data for recruitment reporting needs in a timely manner 
  • Liaise with the People team regarding new hires, to make sure they receive an excellent onboarding experience.  

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant study 
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting 
  • Knowledge of HR systems 
  • 2 to 6 years of experience in recruitment is a must
  • Fluency in English is a must 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in the US recruitment market, and medical industry is a plus
