Solicits qualified bid/proposal opportunities and evaluates client needs for bids and proposals and sells appropriate services.
Seeks new markets for business development.
Assists in the development of the company sales program
Set up goals and forecasts for future projects.
Coordinates the development of the proposal with planning, estimating and other appropriate departments’ strategy, and assist in proposal presentations.
Builds organizational partnerships and strategic alliances with governmental institutions, regional organizations, and technology accelerators, for working with client executives from project conceptualization through to construction and implementation.
Develop and take ownership in a Regional Strategy specific to an assigned region & Conduct site evaluation for potential customers.
Update all customers on company solutions and product modifications, changes, and enhancements. Maintain professionalism, diplomacy, sensitivity, and tact to portray the company in a positive manner.
Maintains records of target area business development and project data to aid in coordination of all marketing and operation plans.

Educational Degree & Certificate Bachelor of Engineering; or Project management, or Business development, Engineering is preferred
Overall Experience Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in business development in construction field ( Infrastructure, Roads, Bridges, Ports, Power Plant Substations, Water & Desalination )
Relevant Experience - Must have the appropriate combination of education, experience, expertise, and competency to perform successfully according to the project’s/contract’s level of financial risk and complexity.
Experienced at preparing and presenting quarterly goals and forecasts for future projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer Skills: Word\Excel\Power Point
Language Skills: English \ Arabic
