Job Description

  • Acts as a sector leader for related CI pillars, lead CI projects & efforts, engage with people & spread the proactive culture within the organization.
  • Support and coach CI workshops, CI Projects Cross functional Teams and improvement activities & requirements.
  • Act as a change agent and a catalyst for new CI initiatives & Kaizen ideas generation ensuring structured activities follow up, supports project teams with CI methodology and effectively communicate with project team the projects requirements, and spread CI awareness among work groups. 
  • Coordinate, coach & develop plant CI projects that is aligned with the plant annual performance targets, while supporting the projects teams with CI methodologies.
  • Follow up, integrate the replication of CI best practices, initiatives & kaizen ideas across different areas inside the organization which maximize the CI initiatives gain for the organization.
  • Playing the role of internal trainer & CI Capability developer for different staff levels.

Job Requirements

Academic Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Production / Industrial majors are preferred)

 Practical Experience:

  • 3-5 years’ experience working in a manufacturing field.
  • Experience field required is the manufacturing industry within factory, plant environment with blue collar engagement.
  • Coaching & Training blue collars experience is essential.
  • A demonstrated working knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma in the manufacturing field with good project management skills.
  • Experience in leading several projects / initiative management with cross functional teams with efficient use of projects resources to achieve target objectives.
  • Highly motivated & positive individual that can work in challenging environment.
  • Previous demonstration of analytical and problem-solving skills. 

Training Courses / Skills:

  • Lean / Six Sigma knowledge is required, with course certification is preferred.
  • Previous Knowledge and demonstrated abilities in Problem Solving, Lean Manufacturing, Waste Elimination and Floor Kaizen.
  • Good communication with both White and blue collars levels, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Able to follow up & effectively support several project schedules, manage several projects activities and deliver the project requirements within the target schedule.
  • Strong computer skills particularly Microsoft Office.
  • Business English Language is required.
