Job Description

  • A startup company For Administrative consultancy in Downtown Cairo looking for Executive Secretary for the following scope:
  • Organizing work in office
  • Organizing and Archiving files Hard & Online
  • Dealing with simple financial details
  • Data entry and online research
  • Follow up multiple tasks in same time
  • Any other related required tasks assigned by the team manager

Job Requirements

  • Gender: Female only
  • Age : 30 - 35
  • Education: University Degree
  • Experience in Excel ,Power point,  
  • Experience in dealing with Tasks and projects Apps
  • Organizing and Admin skills
  • Experienced in dealing with Dropbox App 
  • Financial knowledge will be an advantage
  • Experience : 3-5  years in same role
