- Works as a communication hub between the company’s internal departments & suppliers externally.
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Respond to queries for information related to his/her tasks.
- Takes a systematic approach in completing his tasks & reporting the results.
- Present the needed reports to the line manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in handling several tasks using complex software (ERP, CRM, ….).
- Excellent command of MS Office tools.
- Typing speed and accuracy.
- Motivated highly organized, can handle many tasks simultaneously, fast learner.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow-up on tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Nasr City , New Cairo & Obour City resident is preferred.
