Job Description

  • Works as a communication hub between the company’s internal departments & suppliers externally.
  • Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
  • Respond to queries for information related to his/her tasks.
  • Takes a systematic approach in completing his tasks & reporting the results.
  • Present the needed reports to the line manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in handling several tasks using complex software (ERP, CRM, ….).
  • Excellent command of MS Office tools.
  • Typing speed and accuracy.
  • Motivated highly organized, can handle many tasks simultaneously, fast learner.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow-up on tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Nasr City , New Cairo & Obour City resident is preferred.
