Job Description:
• Builds and implements best-in-class learning experiences to create an exceptional learner experience.
• Ensure training material's accuracy, timeliness, and usability for all audiences.
• Create engaging instructor-led training, learning activities, and learning evaluation tools.
• Analyze current training strategies and recommend changes to increase effectiveness and learner engagement.
• Maintain clear documentation of learning development projects and communicate progress to leaders and stakeholders.
• Design and execute best-practice methodologies to deliver best-in-class training.
• Experience with instructional technologies related to Instructor Led Training.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager, or similar
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Experience: 5-7 years experience
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
- Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
- BSc/BA in Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Professional certification is a plus
