Job Summary:
An Account Manager is in charge of making sure that the department meets the needs of its clients and customers. He handles customer complaints, finds solutions to their issues, and maintains a positive relationship between both parties for future business ventures.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
- Generate progress reports to give to clients
- Work with internal teams to develop strategic plans and ensure that clients’ needs are met.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Familiar with Word, Excel, and Outlook software
- Practice excellent time and project management skills
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable interfacing with all levels of the organization
- Possess strong problem-solving skills
