Job Description
Conduct high-volume recruitment to meet labor needs for factory operations, ensuring quality and efficiency in the hiring process.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract large numbers of qualified candidates from various channels, including job fairs, recruitment agencies, local communities, and social media.
Coordinate with management to understand specific labor requirements, including skill levels, shifts, and production deadlines.
Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, work readiness, and compliance with company standards.
Conduct background checks and verify employment documents to ensure all hired employees meet legal and company requirements.
Build and maintain a network of labor sources, including partnerships with vocational institutions, local community leaders, and staffing agencies.
Regularly attend job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities to build a pipeline of potential candidates.
Utilize social media and online platforms to reach a broad audience and attract diverse applicants.
Ensure all recruitment activities are in line with Egyptian labor laws and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, candidate data, and onboarding documents.
Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics, including hiring numbers, candidate sources, and time-to-fill data for management review.
Work closely with the HR and production departments to forecast and plan for future labor needs based on production targets and seasonal demand.
Adjust recruitment strategies as needed to respond to shifts in labor demand, ensuring continuous staffing for uninterrupted factory operations.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, particularly for blue-collar roles or factory positions.
Proven track record in sourcing and hiring large groups of workers efficiently and effectively.
Strong understanding of recruitment channels, particularly for blue-collar roles.
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure recruitment needs and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Arabic and English.
