Job Description
- Supports the implementation of the standard IMF processes in the RM warehouse, pagoda and FG warehouse.
- Supports the development and implementation of continuous improvement actions on the IMF processes, procedures, policies, activities and reports.
- Supports the definition and maintenance of the IMF KPIs.
- Calculates the optimized Kanban quantities by considering: production/customer demand, supplier box quantity, replenishment time, delivery routes, ABC XYZ parameters, etc.
- Defines the appropriate type of Kanban boxes to be used for each material by considering: defined Kanban quantity, material weight, material volume, other specific storage requirements, etc.
- Calculates and ensures the optimum number of storage locations in the RM warehouse, pagoda, production lines and FG warehouse.
- Defines and optimizes the layout and the space requirements for the storage racks in warehouses (RM & FG) and Pagoda: appropriate storage locations based on ergonomically reasons; proper storage conditions based on the supplier requirements; etc.
- Supports allocation and optimization of partnumbers to Supermarket locations based on PFEP.
- Calculates the needed resources for running a lean material flow (incl. workload, no. of personnel, equipment, etc.)
- Calculates the Capex (transport and storage equipment), Headcount and Space needed for the RM warehouse, Pagoda and FG warehouse CAO eKanban.
- Prepares and maintains the MINMAX level calculation for cutwires and preassembly products.
- Close monitoring of open orders for cut wires in order to ensure the availability of material and avoid overproduction.
- Supports technical changes by planning the run in/run out of circuits and sub-assemblies.
- Supports the bundle size definition.
- Responsible for pagoda reports (coverage, obsoletes, requirements VS consumption, etc.)
