Job Description
- Lead the full cycle recruitment process with a variety of partners in the digital function including leading launch sessions, sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting candidates for Alexandria+ All Delta governorates.
- Identify, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies while advising and influencing hiring partners on talent availability and position attractiveness in the market
- Identify and build pro-active relationships to develop talent pipelines for critical technical roles
- Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the process, and maintain compliance with applicable employment laws
- Promote Rameda’s brand to build and maintain the reputation as a destination of choice for top technical talent
- Support Recruiting and Human Resources driven priorities, as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Academic background in business, human resources or related field preferred
- 2-4 years of full cycle recruiting experience preferred
- HR Diploma is a Must, MBA is a plus.
- Experience recruiting and supporting technical roles preferred
- Ability to influence hiring partners while driving business results
- Strong communication, organization and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively within a fast paced, change oriented environment
- Must possess excellent oral/written communication, presentation, interviewing and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), internet, and Applicant Tracking Systems
