Job Description
- Manage and oversee our E-Commerce platform, ensuring that it is running efficiently and effectively.
- Managing all daily operation of the website / E-Commerce.
- Drive e-commerce sales performance.
- Manage customer retention and loyalty programs.
- Studying customer needs according to E-commerce sales expectations.
- Ensure operational excellence through close collaboration with the Supply Chain and category management team to maintain stock status, plan for peak periods, improve/eliminate out of stock and offer relevant range
- Working closely with commercial, IT, marketing and supply chain management to ensure that all aspects of our e-commerce are aligned and updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms.
- Monitor overall customer shopping experience and suggest new features to be added to facilitate shopping experience.
- Monitor E-commerce performance in terms of functionality and user friendliness in coordination with developers using application ratings, reviews and customer surveys.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, opportunities, channels, products, and competitors.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior to identify new opportunities and improve our online presence.
- Manage the inventory on online marketplaces.
- Provide detailed strategy reports and analysis on key metrics such as sales, traffic, abandoned carts, new product sell-through, promotion and any changes in website order number, sales and products stock.
- Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and
identify assortment gaps
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the e-commerce landscape to continually improve our strategies and tactics.
