Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Product data cleaning provides reliable information to customers and helps in making smart, well-educated buying choices.
  • Finding and removing duplicate or redundant data.
  • Finding and fixing inaccurate, irrelevant, missing, and obsolete data.
  • Adding missing information to product data.
  • Enriching product data with additional relevant information like attributes, specifications, and images.
  • Finding and fixing discrepancies like spelling errors, incorrect acronyms, etc.
  • Image editing and processing ensure high-quality, clear and visually-appealing product images.
  • Taxonomy and organization to ensure easy product discoverability.
  • Work closely with internal teams to create optimized product listings across all market segments.
  • Manage execution of accurate product data across multiple stores, including titles, descriptions, images, attributions, and pricing.
  • Putting validation rules to minimize human common Data Entry Errors.
  • Generating reports for the gaps between our products catalog and the partners products catalogs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel.
  • Attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and passion for delivering great customer experience.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and logical reasoning skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in written and oral English with the ability to face external and internal partners in a professional and mature manner.
  • Interest in e-Commerce/Online business.
  • Passion for innovation, automation and operational excellence.
