Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibition & Event Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee exhibitions (local and international), including logistics, booth setup, and on-site brand representation.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network with clients and promote EPPS services.
- Print & Corporate Branding:
- Liaise with external agencies to design, proofread, and produce marketing materials (brochures, banners, business cards) that align with brand guidelines.
- Project Coordination:
- Assist the Marketing Director in managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables for offline campaigns.
- Client Communication:
- Handle professional phone calls, emails, and scheduling for event-related inquiries.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience:
- 2+ years in offline marketing, including event/exhibition management.
- Experience in industrial/technical sectors is a plus.
- Skills:
- Intermediate Excel for budgeting and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor for client-facing interactions.
- Language: Fluent in English (verbal/written).
- Preferred Age: Early-career professionals (25–30 years old).
