Job Description
- General supervision supervises all employees in the department to which it belongs, directing and guiding them, assigning work to them, monitoring their implementation, reviewing them and approving them after their completion in order to achieve efficient performance.
- Supervises the process of analyzing the rental component results through a demand survey in order to understand the characteristics of the current rental market and the families likely to benefit from the rental programs. Their demographic, employment and income characteristics.
- Supervises the review of the prevailing leased places in Egypt (especially under the new lease law), and analyzes their performance and their impact on the lease process.
- Supervises the implementation of contracts with special focus on low / middle income segments. .
- Supervises the process of analyzing the main problems facing the different types of rental citizens, in conjunction with other employees in unit and entity, with a focus on the rental market at affordable prices available to low / middle-income tenants. And provide inputs for the rental support officer to develop various incentive programs for leasehold investors.
- Supervises proposals for designing an incentive program for potential tenants for new rental units at reasonable prices in order to enhance rental markets.
- Supervises the proposals for designing an incentive program for owners who own vacant or incomplete houses that are suitable for the rental use of low/middle-income families with the aim of introducing their units into the rental market.
- Supervises rent subsidy programs to support lease options for low/middle-income families in both the public and private rental sector, which are scaled according to family income levels.
- Supervises the periodic follow-up process of the rental market and makes sure that it suits the aspirations of both landlords and tenants alike.
- Supervise the guidelines for adjusting home rental subsidies according to specific criteria.
- Supervises the study of the reports of the Central Auditing Organization and other supervisory bodies regarding the tasks to be performed, as well as the responses related to them.
- Preparing cases for the current prevailing rental models for affordable housing in Egypt, analyzing their profitability, performance, and effectiveness, as well as the implementation of contracts.
- Identify different types of potential investors in affordable rent and hold meetings with different types of investors to discuss investment restrictions.
- Finding actual and potential investors interested in rental programs, creating awareness and publicity to stimulate the growth of the tenant investor base, and establishing delivery and operating procedures for tenant investor programs.
- Assisting citizens in launching experimental investment programs.
- Other duties, responsibilities, and similar functions assigned to him.
Job Requirements
- Experience in banking, real estate, planning, public policy, analyze of the Egyptian housing market in all aspects especially those related to rent, such as legal and tax aspects, and the factors affect supply and demand.
- 17 years of cumulative experience consistent with the nature of the job.
- Higher qualifications consistent with the nature of the job.
- Great ability to lead, direct, and make decisions, develop and follow up on plans and programs.
- Proficiency in dealing with computers and ready-made work programs.
