Job Description
- Grow business relationships and develop strategies FS Key accounts (International or strategic accounts) whether served directly or indirectly to maintain long term mutual benefit and build loyalty.
- Advance and monitor distributor’s KPI’s to ensure better penetration in terms of numeric/weighted distribution and ensure delivery of the annual agreed plan with best of class customer service.
- Develop the skills of distributor sales representatives to become effective FS account managers, aligned to our selling & quality standards to accelerate growth in covered accounts by developing solutions via:
- Create Demand for our products by Menu Innovation via Ideation.
- Assist customer in kitchen or manufacturing efficiencies.
- Provide customer with industry trends and marketing insights.
- Develops promotions and consumption-building programs for the accounts that may grow base of our business.
- Ensure delivery of the annual business objectives in terms of volume, revenue growth and profitability through fully utilizing our resources by developing and motivating our sales team/distributor sales team to execute against the business plan objectives.

- Background:
- FMCG with HORECA experience ( QSR's and Pastries is a Plus)
- Cheese and Dairy , and sauces expertise is a plus
- Profile:
- Outgoing, passionate about food and cooking, exposed and aware with latest trends in F&B Industry
- Confident
- Leadership skills

- Account / Distributor Management Skills
- Fluent in English ( French is a plus)
