Job Description
- Carefully study the project documents (specifications - quantification - contract - drawings - timetable).
- Request financial and technical offers for the project's needs.
- Preparing requests for approval of materials for the needs of the project (catalogs - samples if any).
- Preparing samples to meet project needs.
- Negotiate with suppliers to reach the most appropriate prices.
- Preparing financial and technical comparisons of the nominated suppliers.
- Contracting with the appropriate suppliers to meet the project's needs.
- Make a plan for the needs and contracts for the project.
- Preparing advance payments schedules to suit the project's needs.
- Preparing general reports for quarterly contracts
- Prepare appropriate contractual wording with suppliers.
- Review the current and final abstracts of the suppliers.
Job Requirements
- (5-7) years experience at the same Position.
- Construction Background Is a must.
- Bachelor of mechanical Engineer.
