Job Description
- Divide the received number of strings into itineraries.
- Organizing information by searching for departments related to strings in the event that the string is not present on the company's system.
- Send the itinerary report to the sales manager Correctly registering the management of the new chains on the system (site - photo - official - telephone).
- Pressure in the introduction of all items to the small chains.
- Searching for other small chains through the movement in the market and searching through the Internet.
- Send order emails to the accounts and stores department at the end of each working day.
- Correctly record the appointments of the procurement official and the dates of his presence in case of meeting delegates on certain days .
- Follow-up the topic target with the sales manager on a daily basis to follow up on achieving the goal.
- تقسيم العدد المستلم من السلاسل الي خطوط سير -
- تنظيم المعلومات بالبحث عن الادارات الخاصه ب السلاسل في حاله عدم وجود السلسله علي سيستم الشركه -
- ارسال تقرير خطوط السير الي مدير البيع -
- تسجيل اداره السلاسل الجديده علي السيستم ب شكل صحيح ( موقع – صوره – مسئول - تيليفون ) -
- الضغط في ادخال جميع الاصناف الي السلاسل الصغيره -
- البحث عن سلاسل صغيره اخري من خلال الحركه في السوق و البحث عن طريق النت -
- ارسال ايميلات الاوردرات الي قسم الحسابات و المخازن في اخر كل يوم عمل -
- تسجيل مواعيد مسئول المشتريات ب شكل صحيح و مواعيد تواجده في حاله مقابله المندوبين في ايام معينه -
- متابعه التارجت الموضوع مع مدير البيع ب شكل يومي لمتابعه تحقيقه للهدف
