Job Description

  • Handling medical and life insurance schemes.
  • Dealing with medical & life insurance companies in respect of approvals,
  • Process recruitment process (sourcing, filtering, scheduling interviews, interview candidates and shortlist them)
  • Prepare vacancy announcement and publication under HR Officer Supervision.
  • Records maintain and monitor attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
  • Handles social insurance issues.
  • Process hiring procedures.
  • Registers employee's vacation
  • Archive and compile the employees’ personnel files (personal data, contractual documents, Job description, signed TCE and IR, IAP, POL, contracts, disciplinary actions, appraisals…) and make sure all documents are present, identify the missing documents, make sure the check list is present and documented.
  • Draw up employment contracts and amendments under HR officer supervision
  • Prepare official letters (employee certificate, etc.) and any other documents requested from supervisor
  • Organize the filing system by ensuring that all files are labelled, and old files are archived.
  • Update the leave follow up sheet for staff on monthly basis and inform employees of their balance.
  • Assist in the preparation of any required report
  • Complete termination paperwork.
  • Develop training providers database
  • Support the HR Officer for monitoring the training plan
  • Assist the HR officer in any other tasks that may not be described in the Job description and yet may participate in the achievement of the settled objectives within the individual action plan
  • Assist in the medical Coverage process.

Job Requirements

  • Supervises and revises Labor certificates / Labor forms, Social insurance forms / Social insurance letters / Medical Insurance.
  • Hands-on Recruitment.
  • Excellent Communications and Presentation skills
  • Self Oriented
  • Trouble Shooting Skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • From 1 to 3  years of practical experience in a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge (written and spoken) of Arabic and a very good knowledge (written and spoken) of English
  • Knowledge in Payroll basics.
