Job Description
- Conduct the day-to-day operational management of the activities within compensation and benefits.
- Use the established tools and processes to determine the eligibility of employees to bonus dispensing by reviewing their performance with predetermined targets.
- Conduct salary, promotion and year-end reviews, providing analysis, planning, compensation tool preparation and communication
- Assist in implementing and administering benefit programs, including disability, life insurance, workers’ compensation, employee assistance, retirement and other plans.
- Assist in salary, promotion and year-end reviews, providing analysis, planning, compensation tool preparation and Communication.
- To administer existing (and new) benefits plans, including answering queries, documentation and filing of related paperwork, and communicating with employees regarding outcomes or other questions they may have.
- Coordinates C&B processes like the salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc.
- Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture.
- Assists in preparing the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting of the budge.
- Conduct analysis of compensation and benefits within company.
- Research and propose employees’ benefits.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration
- One to two year of experience as compensation and benefits specialist
- Good command of English & MS Office (Excel)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
