Job Description
- Responded to emails and other correspondence .
- Provide complete meeting support, including materials preparation and notes or minute taking & follow up required tasks of different departments
- Preparing letters, presentations and reports.
- Preparing schedules of appointments, works, plans and daily and weekly follow-ups
- Performing general secretarial duties such as letter wiring (English and Arabic), Filing documentation, data entry
- Covering different types of meetings.
Job Requirements
- Degree in business administration or relative field
- From 1 to 2 years of experience in Administration field.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent English
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
