Job Description

  • Responded to emails and other correspondence .
  • Provide complete meeting support, including materials preparation and notes or minute taking & follow up required tasks of different departments
  • Preparing letters, presentations and reports.
  • Preparing schedules of appointments, works, plans and daily and weekly follow-ups
  • Performing general secretarial duties such as letter wiring (English and Arabic), Filing documentation, data entry
  • Covering different types of meetings.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in business administration or relative field
  • From 1 to 2 years of experience in Administration field. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent English
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
