Job Description
- Responsible For all Finishing activities Such as but not limited To Plastering, ceiling, Gypsum walls and Painting , Titling and Marble work Parquet Flooring and land Scoping .
- Preparing weekly and Daily Target schedules for all Type of activities.
- Ensuring that all Materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
- Coordinate and Monitor the work on Constructions subcontractors.
- Review Requirements of the specification and Relevant standards and Ensure understanding and Compliance of work done with Specified Requirement of the specification drawings.
- Checking Plans, drawings and Quantities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture Or Civil Engineering.
- Experience 3+ years in High End Finishes Field
- Capable For Reading Drawings and Schematics.
- Good user AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Awareness Of financial and Administration.
- Strong Finishing background with eye to detail.
- Leadership skills.
- Problem Solver.
- Decision Maker.
