Role Summary:
Al Doha Group has a new opportunity for “Retail Sales Manager – East Delta” to support the Retail Sales team in covering the Delta provinces, including “Al Sharkya, Ismaelya, and Canal areas”.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues and areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified.
- Follow-up Collections process related to the Region.
- Monitor the day-to-day operations of sales to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes, and procedures.
- Responsible for the performance of the channel with a high professional role and follow-up areas on achievements of the required goals/KPIs.
- Delegate direct reports/areas, distribute targets & review the performance on a daily basis.
- Create loyal programs for customers to develop the company's market share in cooperation with Traditional Trade Manager.
- Ensure that team members are following the company directions through regular meetings & ensure that his team met the channel targets.
- Responsible for maintaining/protecting the company data and information within the scope of the job.
- Follow up sales growth objectives through the sales team & take corrective actions in case of any deviation.
- Send an accurate sales forecast to Supply Chain through Traditional Trade Manager to provide the needed quantities at the required
Job Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- 10-12 years relevant experience in Sales including at least 4 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities.
- MBA degree is preferred.
- Experience in FMCG or Food Manufacturing industries is a MUST.
