Job Description
- HR business advisor to business leaders to ensure human capital efforts are aligned to business strategies
- Develop strategies for recruitment, people management, succession planning, talent management, retention for key managerial positions and for stakeholders
- Provide thought leadership on business processes/operations and coaching managers to think of their organisational structures, team dynamics, people development, etc
- Review data analytics and metrics to develop solutions to enhance and to measure the performance of people programmes and productivity optimization
- Build and foster trusted relationships with business leaders and associates
- Manage and resolve sensitive employee relations cases
- Drive a high performance culture that is diverse and inclusive through best practices
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or Business Management or other related disciplines
- At least 3 years of supervisory/management experience
- Excellent relationship management skills at all levels
- Data analytics skills
