Job Description
- Set the manpower plan and allocate all the team in their assigned places.
- Supervises ushers and merchandisers team in order to ensure achieving previously approved sales targets.
- Visit the stores in order to follow up on the team.
- Maintains an excellent relationship with the store level.
- Handles any issue in the team and come up with an action plan.
- Check the reports that are done by the team.
- Set the KPIs of the team after managing it with the sales.
- Analyze the achievements of the team and make recommendations.
- Train and develop the team.
- Apply any other tasks assigned by direct manager.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience including minimum of 5 years as a supervisor
- Experience in the Food & Beverage Industry
