Job Description
- First-line support for the users.
- Answering staff requests.
- Troubleshooting desktops, laptops, IP phones, printers and networks problem.
- Performing hardware and software installations.
- Administrating the AD , Domain Controllers, File Servers
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
- Ability to work under pressure
- 1-3 years of experience preferably in the same field.
- Windows server.
- MS Office 20XX.
- LAN, WAN troubleshooting.
- Antivirus and antispyware software awareness.
- A working knowledge with AD, DNS, DHCP.
- A working knowledge with Microsoft infrastructure.
- Understanding of Network fundamentals.
- CCNA /MCSA
- Good analytical skills for troubleshooting various applications.
