Job Description

  • First-line support for the users.
  • Answering staff requests.
  • Troubleshooting desktops, laptops, IP phones, printers and networks problem.
  • Performing hardware and software installations.
  • Administrating the AD , Domain Controllers, File Servers

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • 1-3 years of experience preferably in the same field.
  • Windows server.
  • MS Office 20XX.
  • LAN, WAN troubleshooting.
  • Antivirus and antispyware software awareness.
  • A working knowledge with AD, DNS, DHCP.
  • A working knowledge with Microsoft infrastructure.
  • Understanding of Network fundamentals.
  • CCNA /MCSA
  • Good analytical skills for troubleshooting various applications.
