Job Description
- Xpovi is a new fintech start-up, looking for a Front-End Developer to join forces, who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming.
- Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application, bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation.
Responsibilities
- Develop new and responsive features using React.js
- Build reusable, effective and scalable code and libraries
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Optimize the application for speed, responsiveness and scalability
- Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
- Manage the application’s state, derive computed data and make asynchronous API calls
Job Requirements
- 2+ Years of professional experience in React.js
- Strong proficiency in DOM manipulation
- Experience with popular React.js workflows (ex Flux or Redux)
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of authorization mechanisms (ex JSON Web Token)
- Familiarity with build pipelines and tools
- Experience with tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
- Familiarity with code versioning tools (such as GitHub or Bitbucket)
