Job Description
- Contact Insurance and Egyptian Manpower and Emigration Offices to ensure employees enrollment in the governmental records and offices to keep regular compliance with law.
- Keep employees’ records/files and database up-to-date.
- Monitor employees’ attendance and send reports on a monthly basis.
- Process payroll and maintain payroll information as required and requested.
- Prepare and maintain related payroll records and reports.
- Compose and distribute routine written correspondence from human resources.
- Arrange and coordinate travel and travel reimbursement for staff.
- Handel All related tasks to medical insurance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent.
- A minimum of three years of experience working in payroll, personnel, administration, and support of other functional areas of human resources.
- Excellent Knowledge of Egyptian labor law.
