Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Account Payables:
- Controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, filing, attaching and reconciling invoices.
- Issues payment requests to vendors and issues invoices to customers
- Receivables:
- Verifies and posts payment receipts, resolving discrepancies.
- Manages collections from the customer until the collection is done.
- Cash and banks:
- Processes and issues cash and banks payments
- Manages and monitors daily cash and cash and banks’ balance.
- Tracking Fixed Assets:
- Tracks existing fixed assets and records the cost of newly acquired fixed assets
- Accounts for the disposition of fixed assets
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization.
