Job Description
- Source new suppliers according to project requirements.
- Verify that all offers and quotations are valid to cover all projects’ requirements.
- Review & update submitted proposals against project scope & negotiate all terms
- Maintain suppliers relationships
- Update on a regular basis “Suppliers’ master data file” & ensure that all add new suppliers are added with all their contact details.
- Work under high value and high number of transactions exceed 5000 transactions per year as(purchase orders , internal request ,request for quotations , petty cash ,payment request ,financial reports for Auditors and internal Departments, custom and clearance ,practice, tenders).
Job Requirements
- Minimum certificate or diploma in procurement, or equivalent qualification.
- 1-3 Years Experience " Information Technology Industry " is a must.
- Good understanding of procurement requirements relating to operational activities.
- Strong budget and financial analysis skills.
- Excellent time management skills and able to work to strict deadlines. High level of self-motivation and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Fluent in English.
