Job Summary
MEK is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Job Duties
- Write a functional specification for all custom functions and integrations, to write necessary custom code.
- Demonstrated proficiency with designing and implementing integrations
- Code review and test environment review.
- Working with all phases of the SDLC process.
- Should possess hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and extending Dynamics CRM using CRM SDK
- Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Demonstrated proficiency in installing and deploying CRM Organizations
- Customize the system to meet the business needs of the organization
- Implement and maintain necessary customizations to Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Plug-in development
- Plan, design, review and implement system modifications and/or enhancements and make recommendations to management.
- Design, document, build, test, and deploy MS Dynamics CRM on primse enhancements that include custom plugins, workflows, and form automation using C# and JavaScript.
- Integrate existing systems and services into the CRM architecture using CRM API.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree - Computer Science, Computer Engineering.
- 5+ years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM including building workflows, plug ins and custom scripts
- Hands on experience with Visual Studio, C#,SQL,CRM SDK, XrmToolBox, Javascript, CRM API and web services
- 3+ years’ experience with CRM Reporting and Security
- Experience in Microsoft Power Platform a plus
- Already have at least 5 years of experience as a Dynamics CRM developer.
- Must have strong MS Dynamics CRM custom development and integration.
- Good knowledge of business analysis and requirements documentation.
- Good knowledge of SharePoint.
- Experience, ideally, in as of many of the following as possible - Dynamics On premises and cloud, Microsoft portals, CDS, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power platform, Logic apps, and .NET web applications (including APIs).
- Solid understanding of integration requirements between CRM and ERP systems.
- Dynamics 365 CRM certification preferred (Configuration and Customization, Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service, Professional Service Automation).
- Excellent documentation and business writing skills.
- Experience in developing API middleware
- Experience in Integration with third party applications
