Recruitment Specialist

Core Role : 

The Recruitment Specialist /Consultant acts as our clients’ advocate. He/She is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote product or solution usage, retention and loyalty. The RCs ensure WUZZUF clients are satisfied with the product and services they have received and immediately improve upon any areas of dissatisfaction.

Main Duties :

• Checks the quality of the posted jobs and recommends any changes.
• Consults the client regarding recruitment needs, salaries and job descriptions.
• Developing a customer relationship that promote product or solution usage, retention, and loyalty
• Follow up the feedback of the client regarding the vacancy status and follow the workflow to adhere to needed KPIs and targets
• Recommends suitable candidates to the client from WUZZUF database.
• Develop and share your own product expertise to provide advisory support to customers
• Conducts phone screening with job seekers if client requests
• Handles operations of the partnerships for the special project
• Attends external meetings & events with clients and partners
• Coordinates with the account managers to retain the clients
