Job Description
- Safeguarding.
- Administer all sorts of income to the branch such as: (Books payments, diploma installments…etc)
- Administer all of the branch Income and expenses (maintenance, equipment's, salaries, refunds…etc)
- Issuing and numbering receipts upon every payment for analysis and coaching purposes.
- Responsible for books storage, starting from handing books over to admin supervisor, collecting the income then compare it with the storage in order to acknowledge revenues, defects, and returns.
- Prepare employees payroll upon performance and adherence reports received from all supervisors, and apply deductions before issuing pay slips.
- Keeping all company’s legal documents safe is a main responsibility.
- Report all of the above to their supervisor.
Work Conditions:
- You'll be situated in the Head Office in Dokki but, you may tour other branches all over Cairo & Giza as per business needs
- Flexible with timings "8 hours shift - 6 days a week - 1 day off"

- Candidate must be an expert in using Microsoft Excel
