Job Description
- Carry out all general tasks of secretarial work, such as using computers, printing, photocopying, copying and others.
- To respond to the customers' phones with a very high tact and transfer it to the concerned departments.
- Activate coordination between the directors of departments and related work.
- Maintaining the reception area clean and tidy at all times to reflect the company's appearance and the image of the company, high-end and civilized in front of guests and customers.
- Update calendars and meeting schedule.
- Receiving visitors and guests in a tactful and professional manner and directing them to the appropriate place with high tact and professionalism and documenting the visitor's name according to the policy followed in the company.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in same position.
- Bachelor Degree.
- Fluent English.
- Presentable.
- Previous experience in real-estate is preferable.
- Proficient Microsoft user.
- Females only.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
