Job Description
- Provide guidance and assist seller and buyer in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determine clients need and financial abilities to propose a solution that suit them intermediate negotiation processes
- Consult clients on market conditions, price, mortgagees, legal requirement, and related matters
- Ensuring a fair and honest dealing perform a comparative market analysis to estimate properties value
- Display and market real property to the possible buyer
- Mange property resale
- Maintain and update listing of available properties
- Cooperate with developer's networks and cooperate with developers to promote sales through advertisements and listing service
- Remain knowledgeable about the real estate market and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as real estate agent or real estate salesperson
- Proven track of successful sales record
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
