Treasury Officer

THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN MINYA AL QAMH, SHARQIA. MUST BE CURRENTLY LOCATED NEARBY. SHARQIA RESIDENTS HIGHLY PREFERRED.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage daily cash positions to ensure sufficient liquidity for F&B operations, including vendor payments, payroll, and outlet needs.
• Execute payments to suppliers, service providers, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Maintain up-to-date daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts, factoring in seasonality and peak periods typical in F&B.
• Reconcile bank accounts and investigate any variances, chargebacks, or delays.
• Liaise with banks to ensure optimal use of banking products and services, including managing POS systems and merchant services.
• Ensure accurate recording of cash and credit card receipts from multiple outlets and online platforms.
• Monitor FX requirements if the company deals with international suppliers or imports.
• Assist in budget planning and financial reporting related to treasury functions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• Support treasury automation and digitization initiatives across outlets and central finance.
