Job Description

  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, and setting up for meetings.
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Book travel arrangements.
  • Greet and assist visitors.
     

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field  ( Business, Commerce, …etc. )
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS applications .
  • Fluent in English.
  • 1-3 years relevant experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Preferable Females.
