Job Description

  • Will be responsible about all the administration tasks for all of our companies
  • Arranging for visa requirements with tasheel
  • Receptionist and welcoming any guest and do the necessary actions
  • Arranging all of the departments meeting and book the meeting room according to the priorities
  • Responsible about the work of the office boys and the cleaning of the office and be sure every day from the image of our company
  • Assist the HR for arranging interview and scheduling it
  • Following the CEO tasks with all the companies team and be sure that it will be finished on the time
  • Any other tasks from the CEO and reporting to him directly

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience
  • New Cairo, Nasr City or Heliopolis resident
