• Account Manager

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

• Receive and manage client requests and requirements.

• Coordinate with the Design, Production, and other internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery according to agreed timelines.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize account growth

• Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success

• Develop positive relationships with clients
