Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Build annual Courses Plan and prepare teaching plans.
- Manage our course plan (Details, Instructions) with the Trainers and Instructors.
- Implement the Course plan as scheduled.
- Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior.
- Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes.
- Host the online sessions and Upload the training Materials on the internal system.
- Follow up with the professors and the materials provided to the students.
- Evaluate the Professors and their performance during the sessions.
- Develop or oversee the production of online classrooms handouts, instructional materials.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- From 4 to 5 years Proven experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Proven ability to master the full training cycle.
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques.
- Ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis and calculate training ROI
- Sound decision making and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and in database software
- Males only.
