- Manage effectively the resolution of production issues that are reported to the Support team in an efficient manner.
- Act as a technical authority, providing expertise to both team members and business/IT Specs.
- Handle the communication with Support peers in case of needed actions.
- Clear analysis and report for every single incident.
- Maintaining the environment always up and running with a great sense of ownership and dedication
Job Requirements
- Have the ability to produce clear, concise and accurate documentation and job notes
- Advanced OS experience with a solid background in Shell, Bash & Python
- Strong understanding of backups and restoration methods
- Solid experience in Java, Angular, DBMS and Web services
- Deploying streaming jobs for input data streams over HBASE.
- The ability to deal with Kafka streaming to manage all the input integrated data streams.
