Job Description
Operations at the TKH
- Identifies, analyses and resolves problems, interacts effectively with users to solve problems and advises on best practices for using the software. System.
- Establishes, enforces and maintains the data entry standards.
- Provides training and information to office staff and faculty.
- Supports students in accessing and using their systems.
- Creates report dashboards and reports for campus leadership and departmental use.
- Ensures a high level of the Security & Governance
- Maintains security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
- Ensures compliance with IT policies & procedures.
- Coordinates with the Vendors & supports management
- Liaises with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
Job Requirements
- Has good knowledge in Ellucian Power-Campus & LMS Experience- both functional and technical.
- Possess a high level of Testing components techniques, systems, and their interfaces to create operational services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Information System
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information System
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics.
