Job Description
The main role is to supervise the day-to-day operation and follow up with new business leads, this Includes people management, offers revision, and budgetary/cost reporting.
- Develop, maintain and update the Water & Waste Water Treatment dept. business plan, KPIs, and strategic plan that are in line with the company’s objectives.
- Manage the Water & Waste Water Treatment dept. profit and loss.
- Prepare and follow up with all the Water & Waste Water Treatment tenders.
- Manage, supervise and coordinate all the related site works and required staff.
- Calculate and compare costs for required service to achieve the maximum profit.
Job Requirements
- B. Sc. Degree in Mechanical /Electrical/ Civil Engineering or chemistry from a reputable discipline.
- 15+ years of proven experience in Water and wastewater treatment projects.
- Solid experience in WWS projects within big contractors.
- 8+ years of proven experience in supervising a Team.
- Experience with organizational development Management /Planning/ Managing teams.
- PMP/ IPMA/PRMG is a plus.
