Job Description
- Supervise all booking transaction on ERP system related to Journal Entries.
- Communicate with each department to release and close all transactions to the general ledger.
- Accuracy monthly closing on the system according to trial balance.
- Bank reconciliations
- Monthly and year-end closings
- Analyze different general ledger accounts regularly.
- Preparation of financial status reports for government agencies
- Manage and maintain finance-related programs and documents inclusive of future plans and programs
- Organize all company financial programs and ensure compliance with budgetary requirements.
- Handing and recording internal financial transactions as well as a financial transaction with the company’s clients and affiliates
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting
- Preferred exp. in the construction field
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are preferred
