Job Description
- Collaborate with Managers on open and available positions
- Source on networking platforms
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews
- Facilitate job fairs, recruitment events
- Coordinate with HR Director and department managers to forecast future hiring needs & to predict any employees’ problems that might happen to avoid early resignations by terminating hanging issues.
- Make sure that the hospital policies are effectively applied without any misleads. And that the employee is fully aware of the employee handbook.
- Recommend talent attraction strategies promptly.
- Ensure all recruitment and selection activity works in alignment with SGH group’s vision, values, strategic plan and requires standards.
- Review the Recruitment pipeline for all Medical hospital positions to reduce the vacant days.
- Review daily activities and report to superior managers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree is A must
- 5: 9 years in recruitment which includes at least 2 years of experience in seniority level.
- Hospitals experience is preferred Postgraduate study in HR is preferred
- Alexandria resident
