Job Description

  • Internal Maintenance and repair of the electronic boards.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, and ability to solve the faults on time.
  • Rapid Technical support by responding to customer inquiries and questions over the phone to solve the problems they face regarding products.
  • Provide prompt and accurate support to customers via phone, Whats-app and Mails.
  • Provide technical support (Installation/Maintenance) on site if customers encounter problems in operation or installation.
  • Following up clients after technical support for special cases.
  • Following up with System Engineering and R&D departments for any updates of products.
  • Escalate unresolved issues which are difficult to solve to System Engineering and R&D departments.
  • Ensure that all faults are properly daily recorded for all types of products, whether on paper or on the computer, with a monthly report sent to the responsible manager.
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time with the responsible manager.

Job Requirements

  • Preferred who has an experience in elevators.
  • BSC in Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Males only.
  • Location : Mansoura
  • Well Knowledge of basic electronic circuits.
  • Ability to read the data sheet of the Electronic components.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and track the faults for a faster repair.
  • Ability of removal and installation the electronic components (Through hole - SMD).
  • Well Knowledge of basic classical control principles.
  • The ability to read and understand electrical drawings of control panels.
  • Proficiency in dealing with computers and MS Office.
  • The ability to clarify technical information to clients smoothly
