Job Description
- Working on selling through existing customer data bases and working on building other bases.
- Direct selling by phone, making phone calls and convincing them to buy the company's products as part of the company's sales plan.
- Send daily report to sales supervisor.
- Receive customer requests and send them to the company's designated
- Direct marketing by e-mail (sending e-mails to customers next to the call).
- Searching for new customers as well as following up on existing clients through all electronic communication methods.
- A detailed description of all the company's products and services, the encouragement for customers to acquire them.
- Paying attention to customer problems, helping to solve them, transferring complaints and suggestions to company management.
- Send Quotation to the customer (product with or without company), If not available, send Po to the party from whom we are going to buy and communicate until it is received and delivered.
Job Requirements
- Experience of 1-2 years
- Proficiency in English written and spoken
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs
