Job Description
- Administer Employee Benefit Plans & Policies.
- Preparing employees contracts.
- Enrollment / Changes / Terminations for staff.
- Coordination with Finance for Payroll.
- Ensure qualified & non-qualified plans are maintained in compliance with applicable legislation and Regulations.
- Keeping Organization Chart updated.
- In consultation with the Upper Management, coordinate the process for annual performance and salary reviews.
- In consultation with the Upper Management, Developing Recruiting strategies and the approach for filling open positions, and coordinate recruiting, onboarding and orientation programs and process.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Handling all duties related to contracts renewals
- Ensure the proper maintenance of personal records / files / documents.
Job Requirements
- 5 years and above experience as an HR Specialist.
- Good knowledge of various HR aspects.
- Excellent command of English language is a must.
