Job Description

  • Administer Employee Benefit Plans & Policies.
  • Preparing employees contracts.
  • Enrollment / Changes / Terminations for staff.
  • Coordination with Finance for Payroll.
  • Ensure qualified & non-qualified plans are maintained in compliance with applicable legislation and Regulations.
  • Keeping Organization Chart updated.
  • In consultation with the Upper Management, coordinate the process for annual performance and salary reviews.
  • In consultation with the Upper Management, Developing Recruiting strategies and the approach for filling open positions, and coordinate recruiting, onboarding and orientation programs and process.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Handling all duties related to contracts renewals 
  • Ensure the proper maintenance of personal records / files / documents.

Job Requirements

  • 5 years and above experience as an HR Specialist.
  • Good knowledge of various HR aspects.
  • Excellent command of English language is a must.
