Job Description
Main Duties:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks
- Resolving technical issues windows server 2012 with DHCP and DNS services
- Support and Maintain VPN -MPLS network connection between another 3branches.
- Support and Maintenance security system (IP camera, CCTV camera, and time attendance)
Job Requirements
- More than 2 years of experience as help disk
- Only 6th of October, Sheikh Zayed & nearby cities residents are welcome
