Job Description
- Getting the shipping plan from the sales team and managing the daily capacity as per the vessels schedules .
- Supervise the export operation team with the daily tasks .
- Follow the booking process with the shipping line / Freight forwarders .
- Follow up with the trucking service providers the daily movement .
- Follow up the delivery date of getting the original bill of leading with the shipping lines & Freight forwarders .
- Follow the documentation cycle up to close the shipping documents process .
- Follow the customs clearance process with the customs department & brokers .
- Operating the air export shipments .
- Ensure that the export operation running smoothly with achieving the target delivery date .
- Follow the logistics KPI’S .
- Negotiate with the service providers for the rates .
- Full knowledge of the operation & logistics solution .
- Follow the agreed analyses format of the export section
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or suitable discipline
- Ability to communicate by English language is MUST
- Must have strong experience not less than 5 years in the same role
- Excellent computer skills.
- Hard worker & have problem solving skills.
- Must have excellent customer service skills with ability to build and maintain client’s relationships
