Job Description
- Leading, planning and executing MIDO’s global export strategy.
- Managing effective achievement for MIDO’s International market objectives
- Taking full responsibility over Export and Logistics Departments
- leading the department via setting functional and operational objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provisioning formal and informal feedback and appraisal schemes in order to maximize the performance of the department
- Issuing statements of customers' accounts and developing the needed to recognize balances.
- Overviewing export management expenses as well as discounts and credit selling, in alignment with the set budgets
- Taking charge of the customer compliance policies as well as terms and agreements processes
- Managing A/R through Country Export Managers as well as clients processes aiming to ensure consistent cash-in flow
- Representing the company in international and local exhibitions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or an equivalent discipline.
- MBA or equivalent managerial qualification from a sound business school
- 15 to 20 years of relevant experience, 5 of them in managerial positions
- Proven records of opening and expanding export markets
- Excellent strategic thinking, business development and leadership skills.
- Technology oriented mindset with hands on management via ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
- Fluent command of English language / Professional level of French language is a plus
- Experience in advanced management models is an advantage (MBO / BSC / OKRs)
